The Youth Development Company/PAL is a long-standing non-profit organization that is committed to providing early childhood education for all ages, alongside investing in your future with ongoing professional development, tuition reimbursement, and credential assistance. Our After School Programs reach Gobles, Coloma, Bangor, Watervliet, and South Haven, with YDC/PAL Early Childhood Education Centers in Gobles, Coloma, and South Haven.

We are more than a day care center or a child care center. Our After School Programs and Learning Centers provide pivotal social, emotional, and educational growth for youth and children of all ages, while maintaining a focus of placing safety first.

Now more than ever, we need you – leaders, storytellers, and creatives in our Child Care Centers. We need your enthusiasm, silliness, and support helping us nurture the great minds of our local youth and children. Encouraging Exploration, Promoting Creativity, Nurturing Physical Health, and supporting mental well being. Use your passion for working with children to provide a safe place to grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually while experiencing quality childcare. Through warmth, patience, and understanding our early childhood educators and mentors create meaningful relationships with children, families, and their YDC community. Use your talents to encourage children to learn and grow through a play to purpose approach.
